The Grandview Business Centre is a four-storey, multi-tenant commercial office building that is a landmark within its newly developed neighborhood. Tilt-up concrete construction is the preferred construction method for this highly residential area because of its tendency to be a quieter form of construction. The four-day tilt-up construction process went smoothly, even though this project included one of the heaviest panels to be lifted in western Canada at the time it was built. This building won the Tilt-Up Achievement Award in 2013.
